Kevin Young Designers

Kevin Young Designers is a Houston based residential design firm established in 1988, specializing in custom homes, renovations, additions, and designs for multiple generations. Its process begins with understanding each family’s lifestyle, priorities, and long term needs before developing floor plans and architectural concepts. The team refines details such as natural light, cabinetry, outdoor living, room proportions, and architectural character, then prepares construction documents for builders. Its portfolio includes residences across the Houston area, including luxury home design Memorial Villages, along with ready to build house plans for homeowners seeking practical starting points.
