Tara Recruitment Ltd is looking for a part-time Client Acquisition Manager to help grow our client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by generating new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients.
Our ideal candidate has a keen understanding of the education/healthcare recruitment process, excels at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
The perfect fit will be a team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage his/her workload.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
- Manage all stages of the sales process, including prospecting, developing proposals, and closing deals
- Perform regular market research to identify potential business opportunities and clients
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and competition
- Conduct business meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Prepare and deliver presentations on company products/services
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
